Salmon dip
The other night we had pan fried salmon for dinner..but it could have been cooked in which ever which way. We had one steak left over …approximately 100 grams. Perfect for a salmon dip with bread chips.
Ingredients:
1 salmon steak approximately 100 grams, steamed, fried or cooked
1 tbsp capers
1 tbsp sour cream
1 chopped shallot (or a small red onion)
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Add the salmon, capers, chopped shallot and sour cream to a small grinder. Blend/mix well. Add salt and pepper!
Could not be more easy, done in 2 minutes…and you have a great appetizer served with bread chips for dipping.
