Cauliflower

Cauliflower is delicious, – raw in small bulbs, in salads, ground, mixed with nuts, steamed, added to stir fries, stews, soups and more. As you buy them as a big head of cauliflower however, you might not use it all while still fresh and crisp. Or – you may just have used the bulbs and have the remaining stem – but instead of throwing this away – dice it and add it to a cooked meal – a stir fry, stew or a soup. Or – cook it, process it and add it to a potato mash. It still tastes great.
