I have stated on a previous occasion that I always have ginger in the fridge. Many will ask…but why? What do you use it for? It will go bad before we even finish it as it is not used often in food. I have to say, – I use it all the time – often stirfried with garlic and vegetables and – I often use it as a spice in stews. But to make sure I use it, I often make myself a cup of “tea”.
